Pulse Specialty is delighted to announce a new relationship with Crawford & Company® who are the world’s largest publicly listed independent provider of claims management and outsourcing solutions. Crawford® will provide administration and settlement services for after the event claims on Pulse’s Personal Accident and Travel covers.
The relationship took effect from 1st October 2022 and policyholders will be able to avail themselves of Crawford’s services once their policy renews. Crawford will handle after the event claims such as trip cancellation, lost baggage, and personal accident claims. Healix will continue to provide medical emergency services to our clients.
