Need travel insurance with pre-existing medical conditions?

Our Policy Direct ‘Travel Well’ product can cover a wide range of medical conditions, subject to our medical screening process, so you can rest assured your pre-existing conditions are covered.

We can also cover undiagnosed conditions and conditions for which you are on a waiting list, on referral.

Choose your level of cover

‘Travel Well’ has three levels of cover to choose from bronze, silver and gold which offers flexibility in the benefits you can receive, to obtain the right cover at the right price.

This means that with bronze, we can cover emergency medical expenses which provides peace of mind should you become unwell whilst travelling.

Whereas our silver offers a full suite of traditional travel insurance benefits such as cancellation and baggage.

Gold enhances these benefits to provide higher sums insured than what is standard in the market.

Some of the unique features are the ability to increase your cancellation limit on referral.

Key features of the product up to your policy limits include:

• Choice of 3 levels of cover: Gold, Silver & Bronze to get the right level of cover you would like for your next trip.
• Cancellation – Up to £10,000 per person (Upgrade on Silver and Gold to extend cover available)
• Medical Expenses & Repatriation – Up to £10 million
• Baggage Loss, theft or damage – Up to £5,000
• Money Lost or stolen – Up to £500
• Ability to cover undiagnosed conditions & waiting lists – Subject to medical screening process
• Optional Upgrades – For Silver and Gold level of cover Cruise cover and Comprehensive Sports and Activities cover and Winter Sports cover.
